Aethrion Luxury Villas & Suites is a contemporary beachfront complex located in the tranquil village of Gennadi on Rhodes’ south coast. The property combines private-pool villas and junior suites with resort-style amenities including a pool bar & restaurant, landscaped grounds, and reserved sunbeds both at the main pool area and on the adjacent sand-and-pebble beach. The atmosphere emphasizes refined, low-key luxury, privacy, and personalized service. The property has a total of 14 Villas and 16 Suites.

The property has 2 Villas which are 4 Bedroom configuration.

Beds, Bedding Options & Linen 

Each villa has a set of King beds in master bedrooms and twin-beds in the second room. Sofa seating in living rooms. Infant cots may be arranged on request. Our Villas do not have the option of sofa beds. Extra towels on request shall be provided at no extra cost.

Housekeeping 

Villas will be cleaned once in a week, and Suites every three days free of cost. Incase guests require more frequent housekeeping services Villa would be charged at €100 & Suites at €50 per cleaning. Housekeeping services shall operate from 7 am - 3 pm everyday. 

Kitchen

All villas include full kitchens; the Junior Suite includes tea/coffee setup, Nespresso machine & a small fridge.

Security

Low-rise complex with individual keyed entries; standard safety equipment in villas, smoke detectors, safes in all rooms, property is fully covered by CCTV.

House Rules

Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not permitted at the property. Guests are requested not to move any in door furniture outdoors, please do not sit on indoor furniture with wet swim ware. Some of the furniture is hand made, guests are request not to place any hot items directly on the dining table/ coffee tables.
